To My Aunt
It's not the things that can be bought that are life's richest treasure,
It's just the little heart gifts that money cannot measure...
A cheerful smile, a friendly word, a sympathetic nod
Are priceless little treasures from the storehouse of our God...
They are the things that can't be bought with silver or with gold,
For thoughtfulness and kindness and love are never sold...
They are the priceless things in life for which no one can pay,
And the giver finds rich recompense in giving them away.
And who does more good for others that everyone else cannot
Than my understanding, kind and wise and selfless, loving Aunt.
In our hearts forever.
Caring smile, loving heart, infectious chuckle and a twinkle in her eye.
We were lucky to have known her and had her with us for the time we had.
Love, Cathy, Shelley, Patty and Gary

Thanks for the memories. For all the good times that our families joined in for holidays, get-togethers, picnics, swimming, etc. Your sense of humour and love of adventure made everything fun and exciting.
Muriel, you enhanced our lives immeasurably, and we will be forever grateful.
Much love,
The Wiens' (Carolyn, Lana, Jill, Jayne and Kim)

Gram was the best person in the whole world! Kim, Cindy and I use to alway joke with each other by saying I'm her favorite. No I'm her favorite, no I'm her favorite but the truth is she loved all of us the same. She just made each of us feel so special and loved.
Love you gram!

Aunt Muriel was a huge part of my life growing up and I learned a lot from her. Just one small example - one day we were driving together and she stopped to let a young girl cross the road in front of the car. "She said thank you" Aunt Muriel exclaimed. To this day I say thank you when someone stops for me - and I always think of Aunt Muriel when I do. So she is with me all the time. I remember her infectious chuckle too - no matter her troubles. One of a kind. Love and condolences to all.

Such a special Grams. She was so kind and giving...and funny. As I pour over all the old photo's it shows your life of giving and being there for others. You took time out of your life to stay with me in my time of need and I will never forget that. I miss you so much but know you are getting hugs from Jesus...Grandpa, mom .....well, the list goes on. Until we meet again, and have hugs. Love you forever!

The best Grandma in the world. God provided her an exceptional ability to express her love, and we were all spoiled with that love. Now she is resting in God's love, the best gift ever, and none deserve it more. Words cannot express the overwhelming sense of loss, and it will remain with us on this Earth, until we meet again.
