Passed away on Sunday May 18, 2014 at the P.R.H.C.  Ethel Elliott of Peterborough in her 98th year.  Loving wife of the late Joseph Elliott and daughter of the late Richard Baker and Winnifred (Hubble) Baker.  Dear mother of John Elliott of Truro, Nova Scotia and grandmother of Brendan Elliott and Theresa Ferris.  Great grandmother of Izak Ferris.  Predeceased by her sisters Leata Blodgett, Reta Wylie and by her daughter-in-law Colleen Elliott.  A funeral service will be held at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, NORWOOD CHAPEL on Wednesday May 21, 2014 at 1:00 PM. Visitation one hour prior to service. Interment Asphodel-Norwood Cemetery.  A reception will follow at the funeral home.
