Obituary of Marie Hawthorne

HAWTHORNE: Marie Jane Passed away peacefully at Extendicare, Peterborough on Saturday January 4, 2014. Marie Jane Hawthorne of Warsaw in her 94th year. Dear wife of the late Irwin Hawthorne (2004). Sadly missed by her brother Russell Millejour of Kapaskasing, her sisters Mabel Monette of Winnipeg, Sara Grace of Ottawa, her brother-in-law Hugh Hawthorne and his wife Peggy of Port Hope and sister-in-law Jean Rolison of Toronto. Also missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers Edmond and Gerald and sisters Matilda, Lorena and Pearl. A funeral service will be held at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Friday January 10, 2014 at 1:30 PM. Visitation two hours prior to the service. Rev. Beverly Sumbler officiating. Interment will be held at St. Mark's Cemetery, Warsaw in the spring. A reception will follow in the Heritage Room of the Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association as expressions of sympathy.
