Obituary of Ronald Moir

MOIR, Ronald "Ron" Passed away at Springdale Country Manor on Friday July 19, 2013. Ron Moir of R.R. 1, Peterborough. Partner of Yvonne Endicott. Ron will be dearly missed by his children Gregory "Greg" of Peterborough and Christine Kelly (Kevin) of Southampton. Cherished grandfather of Dawson and Liam Kelly. Beloved brother of Doug (Sharon) of Barrie and Barrie (Thora) of King City. Ron will always be remembered by his cousin Barb Thompson and by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Violet and John Moir. Ron was a dedicated Public Health Inspector for 33 years at the Peterborough County-City Health Unit. Relatives and friends are invited to call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Tuesday July 23, 2013 from 7:00 - 9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held from the Hendren Chapel on Wednesday Jul 24, 2013 at 1:30 PM. Reverend Beverly Sumbler officiating. Reception to follow in the Heritage Room of the funeral home.
