Bonnie A whole year has passed and so much has happened. Amanda is back in school and she will graduate in April. Jen is working just as hard as ever. That will never change. Jay went on a trip on a life time. Al is working so hard. He misses you so much. I can see it in his face every time I say your name. This part has not changed and it never will. I miss you girl so much. There is so much I miss about our time together. We shared so many secrets, so many stories and cried many times together but I know you really have never left my side. I get your messages, more then ever this past week. I know one day we will be together again and then we can laugh and cry again. I miss you girl Love you more now than ever.

Your birthday has come and gone and so has mine. Now Christmas is right around the corner. This year will be so different without you. I am doing my best to look out for Al and the kids but no one will ever take your place. There is not a day goes by that I don't think of you and miss you more each and every day. We shared many tears, smiles and lots of laughter. Miss you and love you girlfriend. Love you today and always. xoxoxo

I was so sad to hear of Bonnie's passing. We had a wonderful friendship in high school and I have so many happy memories of those days. We had so much fun in high school and yes, did some crazy stuff. I think the last time I saw Bonnie was in 1988 and I was pregnant with my second son, Mitch, and I am pretty sure Bonnie was pregnant as well - with Jay. I will remember her fondly.

My deepest sympathy to the Kirkham family at this time. Our families had so much in common while growing up in Oshawa. Sending you all a big hug.

I first met Bonnie nearly 20 years ago when she introduced me to rubber stamping. She put on several birthday parties for my daughter and stamping became a big part of our lives. We lost touch over time, but recently met up with each other again at Crop Circles in Peterborough where she was involved with some of the classes. Some things never change and it felt like we had always been in touch with each other. Bonnie always had a big smile and funny comment to make and we all enjoyed her sense of humour so much. I hope they have a huge stock of ink pads in Heaven, cause I am sure Bonnie is already organizing cardmaking classes! She will be missed. Rose Smith

Amanda, Jenny and Jay- I am so sorry for your loss. I always loved spending time at your house growing up and your Mom was a big part of that. She always welcomed me like one of her own and I admired her outgoing sense of humour. Sending you warm thoughts and well wishes in this tough time, Ally

Dear Riley's Im so sorry for your loss and I apologize for not being able to make it to the funeral or wake. Bonnie was such a unique person and had so much energy and such high spirits that it made everyone around her happier. I know things are difficult right now and if you need someone to talk to Im here for you guys. You can call or email me whenever you want. I hope you guys know how proud Bonnie was of every single one of you and how much she spoke about you guys. Her eyes would light up whenever she spoke about you guys and everything you have done and are going to do. I will miss your mom very much and she will always be in my thoughts. I always enjoyed my visits with Bonnie back in the home child care days. Bonnie was great with the children and we often shared a good laugh. I'm sure she has left a big impact on the many lives she has touched. My condolences to her family.

Dear Al, Amanda, Jenny and Jay. We are so sorry to hear of Bonnie's passing. She was a 'second mom' to our Holly and Sarah and provided a loving home and great child care for them. She always went above and beyond and was very accommodating with my crazy shift work hours. We lost touch over the years but are shocked to hear of her passing as we didn't even know she was ill. Your mom was very special and I can still hear her laughter. Sending you love and strength ... Cathy and Dave
