Obituary of Elizabeth Elly Condon

CONDON: Elizabeth Ann (Elly) Passed away peacefully at Springdale Country Manor on Saturday July 16, 2011. Elly Condon (nee Maloney) of Douro in her 87th year. Loving wife of the late Frank Condon (1995). Loved and missed by her children Anne Dyer (Rodger) of Warsaw, Helen Brahaney (Eugene) of Campbellford, Betty Kidd (Hugh) of Lakefield, Bob Condon (Jean) of Douro, Leo Condon (Dianna) of Douro, Joanne Brough (Bruce) of Burgessville and John Condon (Cathy) of Oakville. Grandma is remembered by 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Also missed by her sisters Marie O'Brien of Lakefield, Frances Coughlin (Gerald) of Douro and sisters-in-law Wilma and Pauline Maloney. Predeceased by her grandson Scott, granddaughter Kelly, brothers Leo and Stephen and brother-in-law Martin O'Brien. Friends and relatives may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Wednesday July 20, 2011 from 2-4 & 6-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Douro on Thursday July 21, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery, Douro. A reception will follow at St. Joseph's Parish Hall. Parish Prayers will be offered at the funeral home on Wednesday evening at 6:00 PM.
