Obituary of William Benfield

BENFIELD: William Ronald ""Bill"" Passed away peacefully at the P.R.H.C. - Palliative Care on Saturday April 23, 2011. Bill Benfield of Lakefield in his 76th year. Loved and missed by his wife of 46 years, Barbara Benfield. Also missed by his daughter Lara Hudson (Geoff) of London. Grandpa is remembered by Maya and Michael. Survived by his sister Geraldine Desjarlais (Gerard) of Chilliwack, B.C., brother Barry Benfield (Marilyn) of Tweed and several nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. A private family service will follow at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Feed the Children or Doctors Without Borders as expressions of sympathy.
