Obituary of Janet Blackburn

BLACKBURN: Janet Elinor (nee Frederick) Passed away peacefully at the P.R.H.C., Palliative Care on Thursday January 6, 2011. Janet Blackburn of Lakefield in her 77th year. Loved and missed by her husband of 54 years, Noland Blackburn. Mom will be remembered by Paul (Pam) of Ennsimore, Lynn Landsborough (Dave) of Young""?s Point and Gary (Cindy) of Hamilton. Dear grandma of Amy, Cherie, Tom, Cierra, Cody and great grandma of Deanna, Ruby, Jack, Rylie, Jayda & Charley. Survived by her brothers Gilbert Frederick (Beryl), Harold Frederick (Joan), Ed Frederick (Pat) and Ralph Frederick (Rita) and several nieces and nephews. Friends and relatives may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Friday January 7, 2011 from 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday January 8, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Interment Lakefield Cemetery. A reception will follow in the Heritage Room of the Funeral Home.
