Obituary of Thomas Traynor

TRAYNOR: Thomas Edwin ""Tom"" Passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the P.R.H.C. on Saturday November 28, 2009. He fought a valiant and courageous war against cancer for over three years and is now at peace. He was a much loved husband to Lynn for 35 years. He will be forever remembered by his children Chris (Christine), Stacey (Lee) and Jeff (Nicole). He was an adoring Granddad to Makenna, Kaitlyn, Maeve, Madden and Ashlynn and was eagerly awaiting the birth of a new grandchild in Feb. He will be sadly missed by his brother Mike (Ann), sisters Isabelle (Norm), Jean (Brian) and many nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends. Predeceased by his parents Milton & Phoebe and sister Gladys. Visitation will be held at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Friday Dec. 4, 2009 from 7-9 PM. Funeral service will be held at St. John""?s Anglican Church, Lakefield on Saturday Dec. 5, 2009 at 11:00 AM. Rev. Munroe Scott officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested any memorial donations be made to the P.R.H.C. Cancer Care Clinic or the Palliative Care Unit.
