BEYNON, Robert F. ""Bob"" - Past President and long time member of the R.C.L., Br. 300, Norwood. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family after a long fought and courageous battle with cancer at the Campbellford Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, November 24, 2009. Bob Beynon of Havelock, formerly of Norwood at the age of 65. Cherished father of Michelle Davidson (Don) of Havelock and Angela Beynon (Phil Park) of Bowmanville. Papa will always be loved and remembered by Ashley and Corey. Survived by his sisters Rosemary Buchanan (Claire), Dorothy Watkins (Arnie) and Cathy Blakley (Jack). Also remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Rosie (Beavis) and Robert Beynon, sister Anne Jeffery (Bob) and by his brother John Beynon (Kathy). Relatives and friends are invited to call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, NORWOOD CHAPEL on Friday, November 27, 2009 from 7 - 9 P.M. A Legion Service will commence at 6:30 P.M. A funeral service will be held from the Hendren Chapel on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. Interment Asphodel-Norwood Cemetery.
