EDGE: Bessie Ivy May Passed away peacefully at the P.R.H.C. on Friday May 1, 2009. Bessie Edge of Lakefield in her 100th year. Loving wife of the late Robert V. Edge (1969). Loved and missed by her son Robert and his wife Donna of Florida. Grandma is remembered by Rob Edge (Dawn), John Edge (Sonja), Donald Edge and Cathy Cross (Mike) and her 9 great grandchildren. Survived by her brother-in-law Bernard Edge (Ruth) and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her daughter Mary Barrow (Syd) and her brother Sidney Goodwins. Friends and relatives may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Tuesday May 5th, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held at St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Lakefield on Wednesday May 6th, 2009 at 12:00 PM. Interment Lakefield Cemetery. A reception will follow in the fellowship hall of the church.
