Obituary of Gordon Garbutt

GARBUTT, Gordon Stanley Passed away peacefully at the Brockville Mental Health Centre on Wednesday, April 1, 2009. Gord Garbutt formerly of R.R. #2, Lakefield in his 67th year. Son of the late Ernest Garbutt and Gladys Tucker. Dear brother of David and his wife Shirley of R.R. #3 Keene. Also survived by his sister-in-law Judy and by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Don (Gladys) and Ivan. A funeral service will be held from THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Monday, April 6, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. with visitation to commence at 10:00 A.M. Interment Lakefield Cemetery. A reception will follow in the Heritage Room of the funeral home. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Brockville Mental Health Centre or a charity of one's choice.
