Peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre with family by his side, on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 in his 80th year. Son of the late Michael & Jesse Wells (née Cumming). Beloved husband of Carol Wells for 31 years. Loving father of Edward Jr. (Violet) Wells, Lori Wells, Linda Wells (Leo Campanella) and Glen (Denise) Wells. Loving stepfather of Stephen (Emanuel Melo) Dow, Cameron (Elaine) Dow and Catherine Dow (Glen McHugh). Devoted grandfather of Christopher (Christina) Knight, Michael Wells, Brandon Wells, Liam McHugh, Catie McHugh, Emily Wells and Seren Dow. Great-grandfather of Zachary Knight. Brother of Kenneth Wells (Violet Meredith) and the late William Wells. Brother-in-law of Catherine (Ronald) Moore.
