SPENCER: Marion Eleanor (nee Little) Died peacefully at Extendicare, Peterborough on Thursday September 11, 2008. Marion Spencer of Lakefield in her 75th year. Beloved wife of the late Peter Spencer (2004). Loving mother of Debbie Sloan (Dan) of Peterborough, Stephen Spencer (Arlene) of Woodville and the late Karen Simmons. Grandma will be missed by Ryan, Tyler, Adam and Brady. Lovingly remembered by her brothers Robert (Gail), Jack (Darlene); sisters Doris Little, Faye Sullivan; sister-in-law Heather and brother-in-law Jack Dafoe. Also missed by Terry, Jamie, Jonathon and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Muritta & Leonard, sister Annette and brother Jim. Friends and relatives may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOME, Lakefield on Friday September 12, 2008 from 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held in the Hendren Chapel on Saturday September 13, 2008 at 10:30 AM. Interment Lakefield Cemetery. A reception will follow in the Heritage Room of the funeral home.
