Obituary of David Lumsden

LUMSDEN, David H. Peacefully and with dignity following a courageous battle with cancer at the P.R.H.C. - Palliative Care on Saturday, September 6, 2008. Dave Lumsden of Apsley, formerly of Toronto in his 65th year. Beloved husband of Evelyne (Frith). Loving father of William and the late Gordon, Carol and John. Papa will always be remembered by Sam, Christine and Sean. Survived by his brothers Joseph and Ken. Dave will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends. A memorial service will be held at St. George's Anglican Church, Apsley on Saturday, September 13, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. A reception will follow at the R.C.L. Br. 381, Apsley. Interment Pine Hills Cemetery, Toronto at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
