Hi it's Peter Moncada. Brian and I were friends back in 2021 he helped me move out of my house in Ruskin in June of that year. I met Tina a few times at the house she shared with Brian . She was a very nice woman and I am so sorry for your loss. My condolences. She is with the Lord Now .God Bless
