To Orca and Family, we would like to send our condolences. We are Anitas parents, we had a great time in Canada with Orca and Rodger, he was a very nice gentleman and we even understand each other also when we didn't talk the same language. Anita told us a lot from him and she really liked him a lot.

I am so sorry to hear of Roger's passing. We go back at least 40 years of knowing each other and working together for many of those years. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of Roger's family. I would very much like to have been there for the service, but some health conditions of my own prevent me from travelling that far. You will all be in my thoughts tomorrow. Bob Crowe

Kelly, Wade, Stacey, and Bart: I wanted you to know that I have many fond memories of our island camping adventure for two weeks during the summer when we were 5 or 6 years old. Who would take 6 kids to an island camping with no water, hydro and tents - rain or shine???? Were they crazy? - Or very smart! Andy and I had great times on those trips with all of you. Do you remember the Coleman stove/tree fire? The fish totem pole? How about the way cool airplane? The dogs chasing the porcupines? The fish fry? Your dad, my dad and my grandpa had great fun catching (or talking about catching) the big fish. Those photos are most treasured by our family and bring happy memories - that is how I will remember Rodger. I am sorry for your loss.

Dear Orca and family I wish to express my sympathy for your loss of Rodger, a man I admired and trusted. He was one of the strong pillars in Bonar Lindsay and one I frequently asked for advise. May God bless his memory.
