COONS; Helen Viola (nee Sage) Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Fairhaven Home, Peterborough on Friday August 31, 2007. Helen Coons of Peterborough in her 87th year. Wife of the late Carman Coons (1993). Cherished mother of Sandra Fredericks (Sage) of Peterborough, Bonnie Campbell of Bridgenorth and Willaim 'Chip' (Lori) Coons of Lakefield. Beloved grandmother of Darryl Fredericks, David Fredericks (Tania), Dwayne Fredericks (Stacey) and Darren Fredericks, Kirk Campbell (Melanie), Scott 'Joe' Campbell (Wendy), and Michelle Campbell (Mike Therrien) and by Nelson Coons (Carrie) and Melissa Gleeson (Ian). Sadly missed by her 15 great grandchildren. Also survived by sister Olive Bunville of Toronto. Predeceased by son-in-law John Campbell and by her 4 sisters and 4 brothers. Friends may call at the HENDREN FUNERAL HOME, Lakefield on Monday September 3, 2007 from 1:00 - 4:00 P.M. A funeral service will be held from the Hendren Chapel on Tuesday September 4, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. with visitation to commence at 10:00 A.M. Interment Lakefield Cemetery.
