LEAN, Amy Elizabeth Passed away at Pleasant Meadow Manor, Norwood on Thursday March 15, 2007. Amy (Lean) of Apsley, aged 98 years. Beloved wife of the late James Isaac Lean. Dear mother of Elmer (Beth) of Oshawa., Evelyn (Gary Stewart) of Trent River and Betty Salter of Havelock. Survived by 8 grandchildren Cecil, Lorne, Norm and Helen Lean, Fred, Ed, Paula and Rita Whitmore. Fondly remembered by several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Sister of Dora Oitment and the late Herb, Gordon and Lloyd Lean. Also predeceased by her son-in-law Alex Salter. A funeral service will be held at the Apsley Community Chapel on Monday March 19, 2007 at 2:00 PM. Visitation one hour prior to the service. Pastor John Trotter officiating . Interment St. George's Cemetery, Apsley. A reception will follow in the church hall. If so desired memorial donations to L.A.W.S. would be appreciated by the family.
