Obituary of Ronald Gilbert HARRISON

HARRISON: Ronald G. Suddenly at his home on Thursday August 3rd, 2006. Ron Harrison of Douro in his 77th year. Ron was a dedicated member of the City of Peterborough Police Force for 30 years. Loving and devoted husband of Lee Harrison for 55 years. Sadly missed by his children Sherry Nice (Dave) of Douro and Peter Harrison (Darlene) of Peterborough. Papa Ron will be remembered by Kelly Vollering (Dan), Erin Hallett (Sean), Jake Harrison and 5 great grandchildren. Beloved brother of Terry Harrison (Peggy) of Peterborough, Bob Harrison (Donna) of North Bay and Betty Murphy of Peterborough. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents; Goldie and Gilbert and brother-in-law; John Murphy. Friends and family may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOME, Lakefield on Wednesday August 9th, 2006 from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday August 10th, 2006 from 10 a.m until the time of a memorial service in the Hendren Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow at the Lakefield United Church.
